We’re here to answer all of your questions so you can have an easy experience ordering fresh lunches for your kids.
Hot Lunch opens the monthly menu the last week of every month for the month prior and closes every Sunday at midnight for that week. Chef prints out the orders for the week every Monday.
Parents can still add their children, they can email or text Chef directly, so the kitchen is advised.
We do not have any restrictions on how often you order – this is entirely your decision.
You do not have to order a meal - order a beverage or just access to the salad & fruit bar and your child will have access during lunch.
LunchBox believes in well balanced meals, every sammie and cuisine of the day includes fruit and salad bar. Salad Bar is solely available as well.
If the meal states entree, salad bar is always included. If the meal states snack, salad bar is not included. A beverage can be added for additional $3 dollar charge.
Depending on the school rules. Once the parent creates an account for their child, they advise the kitchen of the child's allergies or diet restrictions. At lunch, the Lunch Aid will ensure the child stays away from any allergies or restrictions the parent has confirmed.
However, please take into account, we share a kitchen and although we follow strict sanitation codes, there is the potential for cross contamination.
We disclose all recipe ingredients - please read the ingredients to make sure that they do not include your child’s allergens. Our partner hot lunch.com requires us to disclose all recipes in our menu with nutrition facts. Also requires the parent to submit any food allergies at the time of registration. Our goal is to keep all children safe and we strongly advise parents of children with severe allergies not to order from us.
